Dispatch and Delivery Costs
Printed books ordered will normally be despatched within two working days.
Every effort will be made to ensure that books advertised for sale are in stock, however, in the unlikely event that a book has just sold out, you will be advised and given the choice of a delayed despatch or an immediate refund.
All our printed books are carefully packaged and we do not accept responsibility for damage occurring after they have left our warehouse and are in transit. Also, overseas customers should read our terms and conditions(paragraph 4) concerning overseas customs authorities. If you do receive a damaged item or, for any other reason want to return or replace an item, please see our returns policy.
Delivery Costs
UK deliveries:
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Books will be despatched with free postage and packing via standard 2nd class UK mail. Packages sent by this method are usually received 3-5 working days from despatch.
Urgent delivery
If your order is required urgently please choose the ‘Urgent delivery’ method, your order will then be given priority and will be sent by first class post.
Non-UK deliveries:
Standard Small Parcel Airmail
Our charges are based on the current postage cost, depending on weight and destination country.
It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 5 days of despatch to mainland Europe, and within 10 days of despatch for the rest of the world.

There is no obligation to buy at this point, but you can glance at the shipping costs by the various shipping methods. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase, you may then submit your order.
Multiple copy orders:
In the UK we will deliver any order free of charge. If you are a non-UK customer and wish to order multiple copies, please contact us first so we can advise shipping costs.
E-books:
E-books are made available for downloading by the customer one time only within a seven-day period from receipt and payment of order.
